At ICS we try to do our best to achieve a healthy and creative working environment both internally and externally. The following points is our main goals concerning CSR:

  • At ICS we do our best to reduce energy and water consumption
  • Having a recycling system to minimise paper consumption
  • Limited use of paper by increasingly relying on technology
  • In choosing business partners and suppliers it is an important factor that they are open to environment-friendly initiatives
  • Striving to find hotels placed in walking distances from the meeting venues
  • Donate or compost leftover food from conferences
  • Placing reuse collection bins for nametags, ribbons and badges
  • Reuse our signage, conference- and transportation boxes
  • Diversity initiatives and cross-cultural communication training
  • Stakeholder Engagement workshops covering challenges and opportunities
