ICS has teamed up with several smaller suppliers around Copenhagen and can now offer unique culinary experiences:

 

Brew your own Danish organic beer

Master Brewer Per Kølster offers exclusive brewing classes at Fuglebjerggaard, the organic farm he runs with his wife, Camilla Plum.  Suitable for groups up to 16 persons.

 

At the biodynamic farm Thorshøjgård the amazing owner, Niels Stokholm, offers to show around his farm containing prime quality of pigs and cows and more than 30 varieties of herbs and grasses. You can also watch the hay-making or pick wild berries, elderflowers and fruits, rose hips, apples, pears and cherries - also from ancient Danish varieties. In the rustic farm buildings you can taste the farm's home-made cheeses, salami made by a local artisan from Niels' meats, and beer from a local microbrewery to go with home-baked breads and jams.
